This training is a combination of boxing punches and movements with music.
The content is designed for those who are new to boxing movements as well as those who are familiar with boxing movements and can choose your own pace, so everyone is welcome to join the class.
Dates and times: Tuesdays 1:00pm – 2:00pm, Saturdays 5:30pm – 6:30pm
Each class is 60 minutes.
Reservations are required, so please confirm the dates and make a reservation before coming to the event from the reservations site.
*Monthly members and virtual boxing members (newly established in May) are free of charge, while visitors and non-members are charged 2,500 yen/class (first class is free). Please pay at the reception desk.
